SJPA completed a South Texas federal inspection facility in late 2025. SJPA’s role on the project included architecture, interiors, and technology. The primary objective of the project is to develop a facility that increases thru put of commercial cargo.
The design included a 20,000-sf administration building and a 64,000-sf covered dock with a capacity for 30 commercial vehicles.
SJPA was also responsible for incorporating security technology including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV network architecture for the security devices.
